From your paper December 30, I agree with the Fencing & Bleachers:
The City has a wonderful space down at Clifford Park / Haynes Oval / the Cricket pitch. With all that space in between and a little refixing, Junlanoo would have fresh air to move. They could use the entire space from St Francis school property to the end of Arawak Wharf road. The space includes the Fort grounds and all the open spaces leading to
the botanical gardens.
Tourists could be taken by boat from the wharf dock to Arawak Cay and back for those who wanted to see the spectacle and not be afraid to come out on there own.
These are tough times and if the down town stores are going to support Government's Vat Tax with increased sales, it's time to move the Fencing and Bleachers to a different location.
