I agree with most of what Mr. Mitchell is saying. I believe Immigration Officers should be respected as long as they carry out their duties that is in a professional manner becoming to an officer. I also believe that if immigraton has the need for an immigration inquiry at a job site officers should report to the HR department and request to have security or an HR person escort the employee to the HR office for questioning so as not to embarrass anyone. The incident at Atlantis would have been avoided had this technicque been used. It would not have caused embarrassment to the employee or tourist and others in the area. By the way I am a former US Immigration employee (37 yrs) and it was always stressed upon us to be the best that we possibly can and to uphold the law at all times whether in uniform or not. I wish you well.

I agree with all the above. Why did he proceed home knowing they were following him??
