I am presently In the process of conducting research on police brutality in The Bahamas to be documented as if it was to be presented at a criminology symposium. Your article seems well researched and serves as a great framework for me to utilize.

It is a growing social ill within this community that is spiraling out of control. When the public has lost confidence in the police, who then can we turn to. We have no alternative and as such, it is up to the media and other well informed responsible citizens to vent their frustrations but offer viable solutions. As Mother Pratt said, "Dese the same policeman who ya gatta call ta come protect ya when ya need dem!"

They must always be made accountable but also commended as well.......
