I indeed have full confidence in our Commissioner of Police; I personally admire the gentleman; however, other forces are at work by intentionally blocking justice in these critical matters; additionally, the slowness in showing compassion for the victims of police shootings gives the culprits the assurance that their crimes will be covered up, or at least lessened. It is beyond comprehension that any police department can with fair justice investigate itself! Remember too, Sir, Pilate also comforted himself by proclaiming his "clean hands!"
