Give constituents the power to recall

EDITOR, The Tribune.

Not going to comment on how NEMA operated pre-hurricane, as there was obviously a total memory loss as to their responsibility. A teaching moment - my a..!

What is this talk all about for term limits?

Is there any proof that when you limit the years a person may stand for election, does that improve the governance? What you need, I argue is RECALL - when the constituents are tired of the person, just sign up a petition for their recall and get enough votes, of those who voted in the immediate past election and vote the useless person out – Prime Minister, minister, back bencher, bush crack – gone forever.

Term limits does not make sense.

Why do those chronic Talk Show callers continue to muddle the American system with the Westminster system. Boy ignorance is bliss!

We need effective recall legislation immediately.

My bet is - if in law today, more than 65% of the sitting MPS, would be on the unemployment line!

No more memory moments - no more cannot think - no more inadequate governance - no more admitting that we are in a chronic mess and do not resign - no more spin bush crack they would be gone. Do we have the guts?
