Sunshine Insurance donates $40,000 to beneficiaries of Race Weekend

EVERY year in the Bahamas, an estimated 500 women are diagnosed with breast cancer.

Sensitive to the fact that so many Bahamian families are affected by this disease, Race Weekend strives to do its part each year in working towards the goal of having a world without breast cancer.

The Sister Sister Support Group, Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, Cancer Society of Grand Bahama and Cancer Society of The Bahamas are the beneficiaries of Race Weekend 2020.

“Our commitment to aiding in the efforts to improving the quality of life among women affected by breast cancer in the Bahamas is the reason we chose to have organisations and foundations that represent these efforts benefit from Race Weekend 2020,” according to a press statement released yesterday.
