A MAN was sentenced to six months in prison yesterday after admitting to failing to sign in at a police station 32 times while on bail for murder.

Magistrate Kendra Kelly charged Kirkland “Papi” Bullard, 32, with three counts of violation of bail conditions.

Bullard was on bail for his alleged involvement in the fatal shooting of D’Amatto Deveaux on Eighth Street in Coconut Grove on December 22, 2022.

He failed to report to his local police station 32 times between February 15 and April 30.

Following his guilty plea, Bullard was sentenced to six months at the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services.
