Bahamas-registered domain in $7.5m deal

LONDON-based domian name seller, CentralNic, announced yesterday that it has acquired Bahamian-registered domain name retailer Internet.BS as it moves to enter markets in the Caribbean an Africa.
 CentralNic will reportedly pay a maximum of $7.5 million for the Bahamas registered business, of which $5.2 million will be paid upfront, comprising $2.7 million in cash with the rest to be satisfied through the issue of CentralNic shares.
