A MAN was accused yesterday of indecently assaulting one woman and exposing himself to another in separate incidents less than a week apart last month.
Prosecutors allege Ethan Alfred Bain, 34, exposed himself to a 24-year-old woman on July 24.
Six days later, on July 30, Bain allegedly inappropriately touched a 32-year-old woman.
Bain pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure and indecent assault before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
Stanley Rolle, the defendant’s attorney, submitted that his client was a suitable candidate for bail and would comply with any conditions imposed by the court.
Bain was granted $7,000 bail with one or two sureties. He must sign in at the East Street South Police Station every Friday by 7pm.
Bain returns to court for trial on November 24.
Assistant Superintendent of Police Kendrick Bauld prosecuted the case.
