A MAN was accused of indecently assaulting a 13-year-old girl in New Providence earlier this month.
Prosecutors allege that Nelson Duncombe, 38, inappropriately touched the girl on August 8.
Duncombe pleaded not guilty to indecent assault before Magistrate Abigail Farrington.
He was granted $7,000 bail with one or two sureties.
As a condition of his bail, the accused must sign in at the Grove Police Station every Friday by 7pm.
He was also warned not to contact any witnesses in the matter or risk having his bail revoked.
Duncombe returns to court for trial on October 29.
Reserve Inspector Deveaux prosecuted the case.
