A 26-YEAR-OLD man was denied bail after pleading not guilty to a housebreaking charge involving a home in the Kemp Road area.
Rio Stuart of Lyon Road was accused of unlawfully breaking into Jeffry Rolle’s home on Lyon Road with intent to steal on September 29 2026, while concerned with others.
Stuart pleaded not guilty to the charge. His bail application was denied, however, he can apply to the Supreme Court for bail.
He was remanded to the Bahamas Department of Correctional Services as the matter was adjourned to February 5 2027.
